This is one of my favorite breakfasts when I am craving something quick and sweet.

It’s really easy, just take 1 1/2 cups of soymilk (or almond or anything plant-based milk you like) and 1/3 cup chia seeds and mix them in a bowl. This version I blended frozen berries in a blender and mixed the seeds in with the berry/milk mixture. Some people sweeten it but I think that adding berries makes it sweet enough. That makes about 4 servings so it’s perfect to make a batch to start your week and have a jar for every day!
