Quick and easy, low calorie, low carb and full of flavor!
- 1 Cauliflower Head
- spoonful of vegan butter
- Buffalo Sauce
- Vegan Blue Cheese dressing for serving
Cut Cauliflower into bite sized florets. Heat wok on medium high and add vegan butter, coating the pan. Add cauliflower florets, stir allowing them to get a sear to bring out flavor. About halfway through cover with a glass lid to allow them to steam. Stir occasionally and keep close watch, they cook fast. Once done, add sauce and stir to evenly coat.
Serve with cut celery and carrot sticks and a side of vegan blue cheese dressing.
